Dear Lord, please give us the strength when we are weak, love when we feel forsaken, and the courage and Godly wisdom to go forth boldly and proclaim all that You have done for us. Thank you for giving us the victory in You. Amen.

Dear Brothers and Sisters of the Most High God, this is Mother Elisabeth, and, like Caleb in the Bible, God has given us another assignment in our old age. Honestly, I'm tired and weak and just want to crawl into bed with a pint of Haagen Dazs, but, as I think about how Moses sent 12 spies, one from each of the tribes of Israel into Canaan to scout the territory. All the spies agreed on the richness of the land, but ten of them said Israel could not conquer it because its inhabitants were too powerful and their cities were like fortresses. Only Caleb and Joshua dared to contradict them. Caleb silenced the people before Moses and said, "We should go up and take possession of the land, for we can certainly do it."

The giants that occupied Canaan, proved no match for God's people. Caleb was physically strong, vigorous to old age and ingenious in dealing with trouble. Most importantly, he followed God with his whole heart.

Caleb knew that when God gave him a task to do, God would supply him with all he needed to complete that mission. Caleb spoke up for truth, even when he was in the minority. Often, to stand up for truth, we must stand alone. It's the WOWSE concept, With Or Without Someone Else. Why am I retelling you the story of Caleb? It's because we can learn from his example that our own weakness brings an inpouring of God's strength and it teaches us to be loyal to God, and at 85 years of age, Caleb asked God for another assignment.

This is the Bible story that ran through my mind when the Lord told me it's time for you all to work on My desert community and ministry. I ask Jesus to impart to all of us a refreshing of His spirit and the willingness and faith of Caleb. I asked, "Where do we begin Lord?"

He faithfully gave me dreams and visions of what the land would look like and how we were to build the community. The people we would be ministering to and helping would be like none we had ever experienced before. There will be demonic infestations, powerful generational strongholds and deep-rooted witchcraft in families that have been passed down throughout the generations. I was thinking, "Lord have mercy on these precious souls!"

Along with that, Jesus has told us there will be miracles, healing and deliverances, the likes we have never seen. All we need to do is be willing to cooperate with Him and work in union with His graces.

So, with two nickels to our name and exercising great faith in God, we went to contract on the land the Lord showed us, without having the funds to complete the purchase, let alone build anything on it or feed those in the area.

We reach out to you dear family, to help us complete the Lord's mission. We need your prayers and support to release these dear souls from a lifetime of captivity. These forgotten ones live in the most deplorable conditions and our assignment is to share God's love, His peace and bring them to His feet to experience His unending mercy and compassionate heart for them, so that their eternal destination will be Heaven, and not the fires of Hell.

God bless you dear ones and may the light of Christ shine on all around you.
